Return and reimbursment policy

In order to return a product, it must be unused and in the same conditions it was received in. It must also be sent back in its original packaging, and within 30 days of receiving it (past which returns and reinbursments cannot be guaranteed). Some products are exempt from reinbursment.

To return a product, you must provide the purchase ticket or receipt in the email in which you request it.

In the following circunstances, only partial reinbursments will be offered:

  • Products that show clear signs of use.
  • Products that are not in their original state, are damaged or are missing pieces for reasons not attributable to LON&BOC.
  • Products returned past the mentioned 30 days’ deadline.

The returned product must be sent back via mail to the adress that will be provided via email. Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will contact you via email to notify the arrival, as well as the approval or denial of the reimbursment. If approved, the reimbursment will be processed and automatically applied to your credit card or whichever other payment method was originally used, within a few days’ time.

You will be responsible for paying for the mailing expenses when returning a product, which will not be reinbursed. Depending on the location from which the returned product is sent back from, the time to receive a replacement article may vary. You may hire a tracking or insurace service when returning an expensive product. We do not guarantee the reception of the returned article.

Late or incompleted reinbursments

If you have not received your reinbursement, please check in first with your bank or financial entity. Afterwards, check in with the entity that manages your credit card, if it’s a different one from your bank. Occasionally, some time passes before the reinburment is processed and accounted for.

If you have carried out all of these steps and you haven’t received your reinbursment yet, please contact us via sales@lonboc.com.

Promotions and gifts

Only products sold at their regular price can be reinbursed. Discounted or promotional articles cannot be reinbursed.

We will only replace promotional articles if they are clearly defective o damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same article, contact us directly via sales@lonboc.com.

If the returned article was tagged as a gift, you may ask for a gift voucher for the value of the product. This voucher will be sent after the article has been received and inspected by us.

If the returned article was not tagged as a gift, or the person who gifted it sent it to their own address in order to gift it later, the reinbursment will be sent to the person who received it originally and they will be responsible for the appropriate return of the product.
